Using a damaged or worn part, we take measurements, create a CAD model and manufacture a functional replacement. Where necessary, we improve the design to increase durability or simplify installation.

Series production
From the first prototype to the finished batch.
Every stage is planned around the project’s technical requirements, target quantity and agreed quality criteria.

Initial cooperation
At the start of cooperation, we prepare the model and up to three prototype units without additional design fees. This stage verifies geometry, fit and component function.

Production setup
Once the prototype is approved, we finalise the geometry, tolerances, print parameters, material and target order quantity.

Materials
We reserve or order the required batch of material for the project. Before production, we carry out the necessary process preparation, including controlled drying when required by the polymer.

Production
We launch full-scale printing. Parts undergo dimensional and visual inspection and, depending on the project, intermediate processing. The customer receives ongoing progress updates.

Finishing
We reject non-conforming parts, perform final processing, complete and secure the order. The finished batch is shipped with the selected carrier and the transaction is documented with an invoice.

Can I order a part without a 3D model?
Yes. You can provide a physical part, drawing, sketch or basic dimensions. We will take measurements, prepare the model and agree the prototype before production begins.
How is the printing material selected?
We select the material according to operating temperature, loads, exposure to moisture or chemicals, UV radiation, and the required stiffness and flexibility.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. We issue an invoice for every completed order using the details supplied by the customer. The document can be sent electronically to the specified email address.
