Privacy Policy
The controller of personal data is W&M 3D Sp. z o.o., based in Zabrze, Poland. This policy explains how we process data of visitors to wm3d.pl, people who contact us, and customers who request quotations or place orders.
1. Data we process
Depending on how you contact us, we may process your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, address details, tax identification data, correspondence, order information and files submitted for quotation or production, including 3D models, drawings and technical documentation.
The website may also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and information necessary for security and proper operation of forms.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- handling enquiries, preparing quotations and taking steps before entering into a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- concluding and performing a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- accounting, tax and other legal obligations - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- website security, abuse prevention and establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- activities requiring consent - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
3. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with providers supporting hosting, e-mail, IT, accounting, payments, transport and other services required to fulfil an order. They receive only the data necessary for the relevant task. We do not sell personal data.
4. Technical files and customer documentation
3D models, drawings, photographs and other materials are used only to the extent necessary to prepare a quotation, fulfil an order, perform quality control and handle a complaint. Customers should mark confidential material before sending it.
5. Cookies, local storage and external services
The website may use technical cookies, local storage and similar mechanisms required for operation, security and remembering settings. If Google reCAPTCHA or another external service is enabled, the browser may communicate with that provider in accordance with its own policies.
6. Retention periods
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle an enquiry or perform a contract, and afterwards for periods required by law and for the protection of legal claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn unless another legal basis applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, receive portable data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe your personal data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
