Returns and right of withdrawal

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Return rules depend on the nature of the order and the customer's legal status. 3D prints are frequently manufactured to an individual model, dimensions or specification, so not every order is subject to a standard right of return.

1. Distance contracts

Where a customer is a consumer entering into a distance contract, a statutory right of withdrawal may generally apply within the period provided by applicable law unless a legal exception applies.

2. Custom-made products

The right of withdrawal may not apply to non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This may include 3D prints manufactured from a model, dimensions, modifications or parameters provided by the customer.

3. Services started before the withdrawal period expires

If, at the consumer's express request, performance of a service starts before the withdrawal period expires, the statutory rules governing such performance apply. Following full performance, the right of withdrawal may expire where the legally required consent and information conditions have been met.

4. How to withdraw

Where a right of withdrawal applies, a statement may be sent to biuro@wm3d.pl with enough information to identify the order. We will provide instructions on the next steps and any required return shipment.

5. Refunds

Where withdrawal is effective, any refund due is made in accordance with applicable law. If goods must be returned, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of dispatch is provided, where legally permitted.

6. B2B orders

For business customers, cancellation and return rights depend on the quotation, purchase order, contract or other individual arrangements. Design work, production preparation or printing already started may involve costs that cannot be recovered after cancellation.

If your order is being manufactured specifically from your documentation or dimensions, contact us before cancelling it. We will check the production stage and explain the available options.
