Terms of Service
These Terms set out the general rules for orders fulfilled by W&M 3D Sp. z o.o., including CAD design, 3D printing, part reconstruction, prototyping and serial production.
1. Scope of services
Each order is defined individually on the basis of an enquiry, documentation, 3D model, technical specification, quotation or accepted offer. Material, colour, technology, quantity, tolerances, lead time and delivery method become binding once agreed.
2. Quotations and contract formation
Information on the website is informational unless expressly stated otherwise. A contract is formed when the customer accepts the scope, price and other terms of the order in the agreed manner, including by e-mail, form, purchase order or separate agreement.
3. Documentation and rights to materials
By sending models, drawings, trademarks, photographs or other materials, the customer confirms that they are entitled to use them for the purpose of the order. W&M 3D acquires no rights to customer documentation beyond what is necessary to perform the order unless agreed otherwise.
4. Nature of 3D printing
3D printing may produce visible layer lines, support marks, minor variations in colour, dimensions or surface texture and other characteristics typical of the agreed technology and material. Such characteristics are not defects where they remain within the accepted specification and do not impair the agreed function.
5. Payment and fulfilment
Payment terms, deposits, lead times and delivery costs are specified in the quotation or arrangements for the particular order. Lead times may change following changes to the scope, delayed documentation, force majeure or other circumstances outside the contractor's reasonable control.
6. Changes and cancellation
Changes requested after design, production preparation or printing has started may require a revised quotation and may affect the delivery date. Work already completed and materials committed to a custom order may be charged upon cancellation to the extent permitted by law.
7. Acceptance, complaints and returns
Customers should inspect the order after receipt. Non-conformities are handled under our Complaints rules, while information on withdrawal and returns is available under Returns.
8. Liability and intended use
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for defining functional requirements and assessing whether the ordered part is suitable for its intended use. Safety-critical, medical, high-temperature, food-contact or otherwise regulated applications must be expressly agreed before work begins.
9. Consumers
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers or other protected customers that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
Contracts are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Questions concerning orders or these Terms may be sent to biuro@wm3d.pl.
