Complaints

Last updated: 6 September 2026

If a product or service does not conform to the agreed specification, a complaint may be submitted directly to W&M 3D Sp. z o.o..

1. How to submit a complaint

Please e-mail biuro@wm3d.pl and, where possible, include the order or invoice number, a description of the issue, the date it was identified and photographs, measurements or other evidence showing the non-conformity.

2. Assessment

Complaints are assessed against the model, material, colour, quantity, tolerances, functional requirements and other parameters accepted before production began.

Layer lines, support marks, minor colour variations and other characteristics inherent to the agreed 3D printing technology are not defects in themselves where they remain within the accepted specification and do not impair the agreed function.

3. Resolution

Depending on the nature of the non-conformity, the solution may include reprinting, repair, design correction, a price reduction or refund of the appropriate part of the payment, in accordance with applicable law and the agreed order terms.

4. Response time

We handle complaints without undue delay. For customers protected by consumer law, mandatory statutory response periods apply.

5. Returning a product

Please contact us before returning an item. We will confirm whether physical return is required and how it should be arranged. Cash-on-delivery parcels should not be sent without prior agreement.

6. Business customers

For B2B orders, acceptance procedures, tolerances, liability and remedies may also be set out in the quotation, purchase order, contract or accepted technical specification.
